Audio Response System

Access your Hudson River Community Credit Union accounts around the clock, 365 days a year with HRCCU's electronic banking program: Audio Reponse.

Save time, effort and even money by conducting your transactions with Audio Response using any touch tone telephone seven days a week.  Dial (518) 654-7330 for telephone access and stay "in touch" with your accounts.

To access account information you will need to input:

  1. Your Member Number.
  2. Personal Identification Number (PIN is the last 4 digitis of primary accountholder's Social Security number).
  3. Enter the first 3 digitis of primary accountholder's Social Security number.

Note: When initially accessing the system, we recommend changing your PIN for security purposes. To change your PIN number, press (4) Member Services, press (3) Change Audio Pin then follow phone prompts. 

Basic information you will need to use Audio Response:

  • Press the star key (*) to return to a prior menu.
  • Press the pound key (#) whenever requested by the system.
  • Dollar amounts: Enter all digits without decimal point followed by #. For example, $20.05 should be entered 20050#.
  • Interest Rates: For example, 8.5% should be entered 08500#.
