Regional Branch Manager (Cohoes/Troy)

Hudson River Community Credit Union is looking for an ambitious, and highly motivated individual with substantial experience managing multiple teams. This position is responsible for planning, directing, organizing and supervising all staff and operational activities for both locations. This position is responsible for developing staff in branches to achieve organizational sales and member satisfaction objectives, expand relationships, increase revenue and build the member base. The ideal candidate will also have experience with building and maintaining commercial deposit and loan relationships. We also need a manager who is passionate about sales and service.

Someone who can.....

• Direct all operations, functions and compliance within the region
• Create and implement new ideas that align with the credit union's core values
• Coach and mentor branch staff to their fullest potential
• Develop and ensure successful execution of annual objectives, goals and strategies for the region
• Ensure operational integrity and operational compliance of teller and platform staff 

This position requires a college degree with 5 - 10 years management experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, organized, dedicated to continually improving branch operations, possess excellent mentor and coaching skills, as well as strive to continually exceed member expectations.
