Now, there's a better way to pay your bills. Faster. Easier. More convenient. With our PayIT® Bill Paying Service, you can pay your bills over the Internet. Anytime! Anywhere!

You create your personal payment list and make payments for any amount to be sent on any date. Your monthly statement will provide you with a printed record of all your interactive bill payment activity. And at anytime you can get a record of your payment history for the past 18 months.

PayIT® is secure. Your information is safeguarded using industry-tested encryption protocols. You select your security code and you can change it at any time. Once you are enrolled with the service, you can immediately set up your Personal Bill Payment List with each merchant you want to pay online.

MailIT® Interactive Messaging Services

As an added benefit of Virtual Branch, you get an individual message mailbox in which to send private messages to our Member Service department and receive a reply. Use it to request a service, ask a question, or explain a problem. MailIT® is always available 24 hours a day providing a two-way message link to speed answers to your questions and requests.

Virtual Branch Internet Banking and Bill PayIT® services are free to HRCCU members. NOTE: if you do not use HRCCU's Virtual Branch BankIT for 60 days, then your account will be charged an inactive fee of $2.50/month. If you do not use Virtual Branch PayIT® for 60 days, then your account will be charged an inactive fee of $3.00/month. Also, a Virtual Branch Internet Banking Investigation Fee of $45 may be charged if a member is responsible for inputting incorrect information in a Virtual Branch PayIT® item.
