Share Certificate
Open a fixed rate Share Certificate with as little as $100 and a HRCCU Share Draft Checking Account and receive the same great dividends as a traditional HRCCU Share Certificate with terms 6 to 60 months.
First Time Car Buying Program
This program is for HRCCU members, ages 16-25, who have not established auto credit and do not have negative credit. Members who are approved for a First Time Car Loan will receive a complimentary online defensive driving course.
The requirements are as follows:
- Mimimum of one year employment or currently enrolled as a student (student ID required).
- Must have an HRCCU share draft checking account with automatic loan payments.
- Financing up to 90% of book value according to NADA values.
- A co-borrower is required if the applicant is less than 18 years of age.
- Available on qualified new/used vehicle loans (any amount).
Credit Card Programs
Approved applicants may qualify for an HRCCU Platinum VISA® Credit Card. Maximum spending limit up to $25,000 may be available. There is no annual fee for this card.
Student/Parent College Loans
We offer Interest-Only and Parental Assistance loans as well as home equity financing.
*If member is under age 18, then parent or legal guardian must act as joint account owner. There is also an option for a debit card with parent/legal guardian permission and signature.
