How do I use the Online Loan Payment Portal?

Go to hrccu.org, in the top right corner there is a button titled “Pay Loan”, which will take you to the loan payment portal page. Once on the page, follow the steps to set up your online loan payment account. To enroll, you will need:

• Your Loan Account Number from your statement
• The billing zip code from your bill
• Details of the payment method you want to use for your payments (ACH or debit card)

Note: You will need to set up multiple accounts for multiple loans.
