Entry rules: Surveys can be submitted for a chance to win at any time. Surveys must be submitted by the following dates to qualify for each quarter drawing: Q1: March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. There will be one (1) $250 winner per quarter. Drawing will be made on the first day of each quarter (except holidays) with winner notified via phone or email within five (5) business days of drawing. You must complete the entire survey and submit it for a chance to enter the contest. One entry per member, per quarter.
