When you review rates and apply for an auto loan with HRCCU, you’ll need to provide personal information, including your name, address, Social Security number, employment details, income, U.S. citizenship status, and email address.

Depending on your loan request, the following documents may be required before closing: purchase agreement or bill of sale, registration, title, lease buyout instructions, proof of income, federal tax returns, W-2s, and financial statements.

For refinance loans, we’ll also need specific vehicle information, including the make, model, year, mileage, and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).

Most decisions are available within the same day we receive your application. However, there are cases where applications require a more detailed review, so this can take additional time.
