Q: Payoff Letter(s)

Used for: Vehicles, Recreational Vehicles, Boats A document from a lender that shows the exact amount needed to pay off an existing loan in full, including balance, per diem, account number and mailing address.

Q: Copy of Title

Used for: Automobiles, Boats and Motorcycles A document that proves ownership of a vehicle or property. A copy of the front and back are necessary.

Q: Lien Release

Used for: Automobiles, Boats and Motorcycles A document confirming that a loan tied to a vehicle or property has been fully paid off and the lender no longer has a claim to it.

Q: Certificate of Origin

Used for: New Recreational Vehicles An official document from the manufacturer that verifies a new vehicle’s origin before it is titled.

Q: Copy of Registration

Used for: Non-Titled Recreational Vehicles Used when financing a vehicle that does not have a title (example: snowmobile, jet ski, utv). Please provide front and back of registration.

Q: Window Sticker / Book Value

Used for: Vehicle Purchases Window Sticker: The original label on a new vehicle that lists features, pricing, and specifications. Dealer Signed Value: An estimated value of a vehicle based on factors like age, condition, and market trends signed by dealership

General Loan Documentation

Documentation which shows how much money you earn. This may include most recent pay stubs, federally filed tax returns if self-employed, or Social Security Award/ Pension Statement(s) or 1099R form.

A document that confirms your current home address, such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or official mail.

A government-issued photo ID used to verify your identity, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.

Most recent statement from your credit card account showing your balance, full account number and mailing address.

A document that outlines the details of a purchase, including the item, price, and agreed-upon terms. This will be obtained from the dealership.

Photos of the collateral being used to secure a loan, used to verify its condition and existence. A photo of the interior, exterior and odometer is required.
