Here is what you need to know and have in order to be eligible for Mobile Deposit.
- You must have a checking account in good standing with HRCCU
- At least 15 years of age
- Signature, Date, Member Number and E-deposit are required in all Remote Deposit Capture deposits
- Processing occurs Monday – Friday throughout the day until 5 pm
- Deposits post to member accounts within 2-3 hours
- The first $200.00 is available within 2-3 hours of processing time (the rest is on a 2 business day hold)
- Maximum deposit amount is $3,500.00 per day
- There is no limit on the number of daily deposits, as long as it does not exceed $3,500.00
- Check should be kept for 60 days
Members are encouraged to save their physical checks, endorsed in a safe place for no less than 60 days after transmission to HRCCU. After 60 days, we recommend that you destroy the original check.
