Why do we charge fees for certain actions and not others?

Our fees are standard for all members of HRCCU.

There may be a scenario where no fee will be charged.

For example, if true fraud has taken place on a member’s debit card, we will not charge for the issue of a new card.

Here is a description of just some of the instances where it is not considered to be fraudulent activity.
