Troy Branch Closure Coming Soon
We want to inform you about an important change that is taking place at HRCCU.
Members have come to expect the best and easiest banking experience from us, and we’ve worked hard to deliver on that expectation. Over the years, we have expanded our footprint in the Capital Region and developed some of the best electronic and remote banking services available to consumers today. Due to these factors, we have seen a reduced usage of our Troy branch location.
To continue to meet our goal of offering the best banking experience for all members, we will be permanently closing our Troy branch location effective Monday, March 18, 2024. While members can access their accounts at any of our locations, our Cohoes branch located at 35 Niver Street, Cohoes, NY is available in the area for in-person transactions.
This difficult decision comes after careful consideration of various factors including declining transaction volume at the location, an increase in usage of online banking products, and challenges with staff recruitment.
Please know that this change will only impact our Troy Branch location and that we are continuing to find innovative ways to provide our members with convenient banking options both through physical locations and digital banking products.

While members can access their accounts at any of our locations, please rest assured that you can still bank in person at our Cohoes branch location, which is approximately four miles from the Troy branch.
