At Hudson River Community Credit Union (HRCCU), we are devoted to the satisfaction of our members, the integrity of their financial investments, and their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
To help us better serve our members and ensure we are meeting their needs, we conduct ongoing HRCCU member satisfaction surveys, as well surveys of members utilizing HRCCU loan services.
Our goal is to apply this valuable data in ways that will enhance and improve the HRCCU member experience.
Our most recent survey results are rewarding and insightful.
Specifically related to loan services and product satisfaction, we received overwhelmingly positive feedback from over 200 members participating in the loan survey.
Our member satisfaction increased from November 2016 – January 2018, and it will only increase as time passes. 97% of our member respondents rate our services as excellent, and 88% of respondents would definitely recommend HRCCU to others.
