Online banking overview & features

When you enroll in online banking, you will have access to the following perks and online tools: View account balances Make remote deposits Pay bills, friends, and family View transaction history Make loan payments **To use the perks of mobile deposits, paying bills and friends, you must have a checking account.

Why are my available balance and balance different?

Account balance is the full balance in the account, while available balance is the balance that is available to you minus any current debit or check holds. The available balance does not include any pending ACH or electronic payments.

Why do we charge fees for certain actions and not others?

There may be a scenario where no fee will be charged. For example, if true fraud has taken place on a member’s debit card, we will not charge for the issue of a new card. Why did I receive an automated message?

You may have received this phone due to the following: A payment is late A payment has been delinquent for 30+ days If you believe you may have received this message by mistake (i.e., the phone number used is under someone else’s account) please reach out to our Member Experience Center at 518.886.3400.

Why did my Mobile Deposit get rejected?

Who qualifies for membership with HRCCU?

Lives, works, worships, or attends school located within Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Rensselaer counties or the Towns of Cohoes, Watervliet or Green Island and their immediate families are eligible to join.

Where do I locate available auctions?
